Shamanism is an ancient way of healing that comes from the indigenous peoples of the world. There are many techniques and ceremonies available in Shamanic Healing which help the individual clear their energy field, release emotional blockages and promote physical healing. Here are some examples:

Smudging - for protection and cleansing

Meditation - to get in touch with our animal totems to see what it is that each individual in the group needs from the shamanic day

Shamanic Drumming - to summon up healing energy and raise our vibration, to cleanse and strengthen our energy fields, using a variety of shamanic instruments: frame drum, pow-wow drum, rattles

Shamanic Journeying - to help individuals in a variety of ways, for example, to release past emotional baggage to allow us to move on in our lives, or to discover what it is we are here to do (our life's work)

Reiki attunements allow you to practice Reiki healing on yourself and others. Our attunement days are run by two experienced Reiki Masters, Sue Leagas and Darrian Clark, at regular intervals throughout the year.
During the Reiki I attunement, the Reiki Masters will place Reiki symbols in your aura allowing you to begin channelling the Reiki healing energy. Reiki I is mainly about self-healing. In order to heal others you first need to begin your own healing process. During this time you may also wish to offer healing to family, friends and pets.
After about three months or so (according to the individual) you will be able to take the Reiki Level II attunement where the symbols are re-affirmed in your aura. At this point, you will learn the sacred symbols and their meanings and learn how to work with them. This will allow you to become a practitioner if you wish and also to carry out distant healing.

This is a six-week course in working with the Angels. The aims of the course are to learn about the Angels, access spiritual awareness and to access healing. Activites include:
